About
Healthy workplaces, where intelligent people do their best work.
Innovation, group change and individual growth are complex, adaptive challenges. We bring together approaches from several fields to create environments where innovation can emerge, and we partner with people across many locations and languages to do it.
Founder
Stuart Turner
With over 25 years working on product and organisational innovation, Stuart's clients include large financial institutions, management consultancies and government agencies, as well as startups and medium-sized companies across many industries.
Stuart crosses the boundaries of product development, organisational design and personal coaching. His background is in software engineering, chiefly in financial services, but a lasting fascination with communities and each person's place within them led him to become a certified coach, mentor and trainer. He worked on front-office electronic liquidity and operational risk products at two well-known financial institutions before moving into a full-time coaching and mentoring role for 160 team members.
Joining the agile community when he arrived in Singapore, Stuart founded the Agile Singapore Conference in 2013. He has spoken at gatherings and conferences worldwide, including keynotes for up to 1,100 delegates.
